What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring a strapless bra and any other preferred undergarments. (Seamless panty, shapewear, hosiery, etc.)
If you plan to wear a specific piece of jewelry or accessory on your wedding day, please bring it with you to ensure it complements the dress you select.

We also highly recommend you bring a pair of shoes with your preferred heel-height. Whether you typically wear ballet flats, or stilettos, we want you to feel comfortable and confident walking in your dress.

Who should I bring to my appointment?

We suggest you limit the guest list to no more than four people whose style and opinion you value.

How far in advance should I purchase my gown?

We advise you to order your wedding gown at least six months before your wedding date to avoid rush fees or alteration deadlines, as all gowns are special-order.

What if my wedding is fewer than six months away?

Select dresses can be purchased a few months prior to your wedding, but a rush fee may be incurred to guarantee enough time for fittings and delivery.

What is the price range for your gowns?

Prices vary based on designers, but we’re able to accommodate budgets from $1,000 to $3,000, and everywhere in between.

Which designers do you carry?

We’re proud to exclusively present Casablanca and David Tutera for Mon Cheri.

When should I schedule my first fitting?

We will contact you once your dress has arrived, to schedule your first fitting.

Alterations typically take place eight weeks before your wedding day.

What should I bring to my first fitting?

Please bring the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to ensure the hemline and bodice are fitted properly.

How many fittings will I need?

Two or three fittings are typically required. However, more fittings will be scheduled if necessary. Following your final fitting, we will press and pack your gown to be shipped or taken home.

What is a trunk show?

Trunk shows are special events during which a designer’s most recent collection is previewed. They feature the latest styles not yet in stores as well as gowns not offered in stores. If you find a wedding gown at a trunk show, be prepared to purchase it before the event ends, as it may no longer be available at the store once the event is over.

What if I change my mind or need to return my dress?

All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds for any reason, which is the bridal industry standard.

Wedding dresses are complex and intricate designs, hand-beaded and special ordered just for you.
